YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Company liaison with medical facilities, academic institutions and individual physicians
· Maintain and ensure quality of the medical panel.
· Develop relationships and agreements between potential and contracted medical resources.
· Mediate between the medical panel, clients and the company.
· Develop marketing strategies to expand the medical resources panel.
· Analyze and make recommendations regarding market and evaluate competitive offerings
· Regularly collaborate with the sales department, quality assurance department, technology department and the company management on initiatives to improve the overall performance and development of the company.
· Report to, and regularly collaborate with the Vice President and CEO for project management.
NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's or advanced degree.
· Management history.
· Experience in the medical service industry. Previous work with second opinion medical services and Independent Medical Exams preferred.
· Relationship development and interpersonal skills .
· Professional demeanor and customer Service Skills.
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Sharp analytical skills.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up skills, to see projects through to completion
· Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
· A proven track record of developing strong relationships.
· Effective time management
· Results-oriented with the ability to manage and take initiative.
· Must be flexible, organized, team oriented professional who can effectively manage and troubleshoot high stress scenarios.
· Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see potential business opportunities within the market.
